FREE-TRAX.COM ROYALTY-FREE MUSIC LICENSE AGREEMENT
This agreement is between Free-Trax.com (“Licensor”) and you, the user (“Licensee”). It covers the use of music tracks owned by Dream Protocol on Free-Trax.com.
1. LICENSE GRANT
Licensor grants Licensee a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use Dream Protocol’s music tracks on Free-Trax.com for personal or commercial purposes, following the terms in this agreement.
2. PERMITTED USES
Licensee can use the music tracks in personal or commercial projects, modify them, and use them without additional fees.
3. RESTRICTIONS
Licensee cannot resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the music tracks. The tracks cannot be used for defamatory or illegal purposes.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Dream Protocol owns all intellectual property rights to the music tracks.
5. CONTENT ID AND COPYRIGHT CLAIM RELEASE
a. Free-Trax.com uses Content ID technology to help prevent unauthorized claims of ownership. Users acknowledge and understand that this technology is in place to protect against false ownership claims.
b. Users may release legitimate copyright claims via the Free-Trax.com website by following the provided instructions. Reasonable efforts will be made to process and release claims promptly, provided the conditions outlined in the Royalty-Free Music License Agreement are met.
6. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
The tracks are provided “as is” without any warranty. Licensor doesn’t guarantee error-free or specific performance.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Licensor is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from track usage.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement follows the laws of the United Kingdom.
By using Free-Trax.com, Licensee agrees to the terms in this agreement.
